Je n’en ai pas terminé avec les nominés 2012. Passons aux Eisner Awards et avant toute chose, je vous parlerais des bonnes nouvelles.

Ainsi, Emile Bravo est nommé dans la catégorie « Best Publication for Early Readers » avec Boucle d’Or et les sept ours nains (Beauty and the Squat Bears – Yen Press) paru initialement en 2004 tandis que L’ours Barnabé (Benjamin Bear in Fuzzy Thinking – Candlewick/Toon Books) vaut une citation à Philippe Coudray.

Renaud Dillies est sélectionné dans la prestigieuse catégorie « Best Graphic Album » avec Bulles & Nacelle (Bubbles & Gondola – NBM). Il est également présent dans la catégorie « Best U.S. Edition of International Material » avec le même album en compagnie de L’île aux 100.000 morts de Vehlmann et Jason (Isle of 100,000 Graves – Fantagraphics) et La Position du tireur couché de Tardi et Manchette (Like a Sniper Lining Up His Shot – Fantagraphics). A noter, au côté de Manara, que la même catégorie accueille l’excellent Brecht Evens.
